WinGD General Manager Technology Development Dr Andreas Schmid was invited to discuss the marine technology and sustainability landscape on a podcast from our new partner, emissions data specialist Chord X.
The discussion covers several topics including the pathway to lower emissions starting from today’s technology, how to meet CII targets, and whether it will be possible to achieve net-zero carbon on a well-to-wake basis.
WinGD recently signed an agreement to explore digital sustainability solutions with Chord X, including linking platforms to provide deep insights on CII performance, from vessel down to engine component level.
